Refund Policy

At Lujuria Jewelry LLC we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

You have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a refund. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Personalized and sale items are not eligible for refunds.

To request it, send an email to lujuriajewelry16@gmail.com indicating your order number. We'll provide you with shipping instructions. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the error is ours.

Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days depending on the payment method.
